The research is done because of the high growth of human resources. it creates problems depending on how the leaders lead accoarding to their own leadership style. Unfortunately many of the leaders have unique leadership styles and not all the employee have the same characteristic nor the motivation to work.
This research was conducted at the Jakarta Convention Center that aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, leadership style, and work discipline on employee performance Convention Center, Jakarta Convention Center. Data collection is done by spreading the questionnaire as the primary means of data collection associated with general data through statistical methods
the motivation and compensation effect on work motivation, also form of compensation given from management to employees of Front Office in JS Luwansa Hotel and Convention Center Jakarta.
