Tujuan dari penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh trainee terhadap kinerja kerja khususnya departemen Human Resources di The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place.
The research is done because of the high growth of human resources. it creates problems depending on how the leaders lead accoarding to their own leadership style. Unfortunately many of the leaders have unique leadership styles and not all the employee have the same characteristic nor the motivation to work.
This study focused on the technical, human and conceptual skills of a selected number of Javanese respondents in SMK Negeri 1 Lamongan to see a gender differences. This study use descriptive method with Skill Inventory Survey (SIS) questioner developed by Northouse and distributed to 113 respondents
