RESEARCH ON ONLINE FOOD DELIVERY SERVICES ON CUSTOMERS
SATISFACTION DURING THE PANDEMIC
Since COVID 19 pandemic, the business industry has been required to innovate to
survive this downturn, where business needs loyal customers. In order to get loyal
customers, customer satisfaction is an important factor that businesses need to keep
an eye on in order for them to improve their relationship with customers and gain new
customers. This could be done by giving better product or service quality in the
pandemic such as giving promotion or better safety protocols. This research
examined the factor that affect customer satisfaction when using online grabfood
services during the covid19 pandemic. This research method is convenient sampling.
The data obtained in this study were collected through distributing questionnaires to
100 respondents who have used grabfood services before during the pandemic.
