THE INFLUECE OF SERVICE QUALITY & PROMOTION TOWARDS
CONSUMER DECISION AT WHEATLEY DURING COVID 19
Since COVID 19 pandemic, business industry has been required to innovate
to survive this downturn, where service quality is the main interest in this pandemic,
not only service quality but promotion is also a major factor in someone consumer
decision in business. By prioritizing service quality and promotion during COVID 19
pandemic, it will rebuild someone consumer decision in business.
This research examined the effect of service quality and promotion on
consumer decision at Wheatley during COVID 19. This research method is
descriptive quantitative. The data obtained in this study were collected through
distributing questionnaires to 99 respondents who bought Wheatley and 4
respondents who never buy Wheatley with the total of 103 respondents.
