This report aims to understand: 1 ) significant differences the use of flour mocaf instead of wheat flour in making khamir cake against the khamir cake that produced. 2 ) significant differences the use of flour mocaf instead of wheat flour in making cake khamir against tesktur cake khamir that produced. 3) Significant differences the use of flour mocaf as a substitute for wheat flour in making cake khamir to scent cake khamir that produced.
