The impact of competition in the coffee shop business is very tight, which requires every retail
business should continue to innovate to create a unique atmosphere and different from its competitors
to be more quickly recognized by its customer and in the emerging business scenario various
promotional techniques are used by the marketer for influencing the purchase decision of their
consumers. The purpose of this study is to analyse the influence of store atmosphere and store
promotion in customer purchase decision.
