This study explores the effects of the relationships between work engagement on employees’ job satisfaction and turnover intention among 156 contact especially employees’s contract and permanent in Grand Sahid Jaya Jakarta Hotel. A series of hierarchical and interaction plot analyses indicate that the work engagement is likely to have some pattern of effects on the relationships between job satisfaction
