This study to determine the effect of young jackfruit on the level of preference of taste, color and texture of jagung bose. To determine the level of public fondness of jagung bose for young jackfruit, the authors conducted experiments testing. To overcome this problem is through modified processing so this kind of food consumed anywhere and also as culinary tourism.
