Tujuan dari uji coba ini adalah untuk mengetahui persentase tepung kedelai yang dapat digunakan untuk membuat spaghetti, mengetahui perbedaan dari segi aroma, tekstur dan rasa antara spaghetti tepung terigu dengan spaghetti substitusi tepung kedelai dan mengetahui daya terima masyarakat terhadap spaghetti dengan substitusi tepung kedelai.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan faktor-faktor operasional venue yang berwawasan lingkungan di ICE serta prosedur rancangan dan kebijakan yang berwawasan lingkungan bagi kelestarian lingkungan di ICE.
